Tahir Obaid Chaudhry Honored with a Prestigious Recognition in Saudi Arabia

Pakistan’s renowned news anchor, writer, and voice-over artist, Tahir Obaid Chaudhry, has been bestowed with a prestigious honor by the Saudi government. He has been selected to narrate Islamic history and the Seerat of the Prophets in Masjid al-Haram, Masjid an-Nabawi, and various international Seerat museums and digital exhibitions. This remarkable achievement marks the first time a Pakistani voice-over artist has been given such a distinguished responsibility on a global scale.

The primary reason behind his selection is his exceptional pronunciation, eloquent delivery, and mastery in voice acting. His voice is now being used at sacred Islamic sites to guide visitors and worshippers, ensuring a profound and immersive experience. Moreover, in this year’s Hajj season, an additional four hours of content featuring his narration will be introduced for pilgrims.

Tahir Obaid Chaudhry has also lent his voice to various documentaries on Islamic history, including those showcased at Clock Tower Museum (Makkah), Al-Safa Museum (Madinah), and the Seerat Museum’s documentary on Prophet Solomon (AS) and Prophet Ibrahim (AS). His contribution to these prestigious platforms reflects his exceptional talent in bringing historical and religious narratives to life.

Beyond his work in broadcasting, Chaudhry is also a celebrated poet, writer, and a successful digital content creator. His selection for such a distinguished role has been met with overwhelming appreciation from Pakistan’s literary, journalistic, and religious communities. Many individuals from various professional fields have extended their congratulations, recognizing this achievement as a matter of national pride for Pakistan.
