In a major move, the league will introduce full Urdu commentary for the first time in its history, aiming to connect deeper with local audiences.

According to Salman Naseer, CEO of the Pakistan Cricket Board, the PSL 10 Commentary Panel will include celebrated global names making their PSL debut, such as former England captain Alastair Cook, Mark Nicholas, Dominic Cork, JP Duminy, and Australia’s Michael Haysman. Martin Guptill, Athar Ali Khan, and Lisa Sthalekar will also lend their voices to the international coverage, raising the broadcast quality to new heights.

Legendary Pakistani cricketers will also make a grand return to the mic as part of the PSL 10 Commentary Panel. Former captains Ramiz Raja, Wasim Akram, Waqar Younis, and Aamer Sohail are set to provide insights alongside Bazid Khan, Sikandar Bakht, and Urooj Mumtaz. This marks Wasim Akram’s long-awaited commentary debut in the PSL, a highlight for fans eagerly anticipating his take on the action.

For the first time, viewers will enjoy a dedicated full Urdu commentary stream during PSL 10. The Urdu commentary team—comprising Tariq Saeed, Ali Younis, Aqeel Samar, Marina Iqbal, and Salman Butt—will bring play-by-play analysis and in-depth discussions in the national language, further localizing the fan experience.

Additionally, Erin Holland and Zainab Abbas will lead the presenting duties, offering exclusive match insights, player interviews, and behind-the-scenes content. This all-new PSL 10 Commentary Panel promises a richer, more immersive broadcast for cricket lovers worldwide.

Salman Naseer stated that this enhanced commentary panel will not only improve overall coverage quality but will allow fans to engage with every angle of the game in both global and local styles.
